Aitchison Raffety Promotion

Aitchison Raffety has promoted Paul Smith to Associate Director in recognition of his contribution in developing the company’s London office rating department.

Paul began his career at the Valuation Office and after five years left to join private practice. He joined Aitchison Raffety in 1998 as a Rating Surveyor in the Hemel Hempstead office but left in 2001 to gain further experience elsewhere. He rejoined the company in 2004 based in the London West End office and has since been instrumental in expanding the rating department and overseen many successful appeals within the City of London and Greater London areas generally.
