The management of healthcare properties is handled from the company’s Milton Keynes office under the leadership of Irene Dymond. The team currently manages a considerable number of modern purpose built health centres throughout the country comprising a central source for doctor surgeries, pharmacies and dental surgeries.

Acting on behalf of Primary Health Properties Plc, who manage their own properties in-house, Aitchison Raffety has just taken on the landlord’s external repairing management of Strawberry Place Medical Centre, Morriston, Swansea providing a GP surgery and Lloyds Pharmacy to the local community and on the same management basis is shortly to add a new purpose built medical centre currently being constructed for Primary Health Properties in Sale, Cheshire.
